Funny thing is I still bank with them - their CD rates were always competitive - but I canceled my credit card.

Way back they sent me a replacement card out of the blue. Because I lived near Disneyland they thought I'd appreciate a card with a Disney theme. I told them I didn't appreciate receiving unexpected cards in the mail and to please not do it again. They told me they had no control over marketing and the only way I could avoid it for sure was to cancel the card.....
I should probably learn not to hold a grudge ;)
