sending me a new one (have to return the old); but the loss of those markers and highlights, plus the rest, is very bad. not burgess meredith with no glasses bad, but bad enough. :/
support person said many are facing these issues. what suck.
it took me a long time to start reading e-books, but then I almost fully embraced them for everything but some non-fiction and things like cookbooks. now I won't trust the darned devices. :/
(I always feel the need to say this, because african orphans/ebola: I have perspective, but sometimes it's ok to say something sucks that's not Big Life Altering. I say this to myself, because I tend to underplay bad stuff, worse than this included.)
