The company seems to have redesigned itself entirely and is now offering a new product which is a direct clone of the product we already use.

So on the one hand, it's good for them that they saw the writing on the wall and changed their business model. On the other hand, it's "WTF? Why is my boss talking to them? We already have that product!" Seriously, though. Screenshots of their software looked like they were copied right out of the software we already use.
