yeah, we had Tourettes gal I used to refer to as "Little Miss Sunshine" she was usually well dressed so when she said something really nasty to you..

well it took an extra moment to realize that she was as crazy as street person ever gets because she didn't look like one.
ooh she seemed to know what buttons to push too
and if you reacted to her, she escalated
