When we were there for Amy and Spawn's wedding we stayed off-strip at the Tuscany...

Biggest rooms I've ever seen and a kitchenette. Looks like their prices are very competitive but they do also charge a resort fee ($17.00/day + tax)
They're east of the strip on Flamingo.
