no sound at all when connecting via aux cable, rendering it unusable for spotify.
(I actually tried a few different possible fixes - unplugging/replugging numerous times, trying it with plugged-in before starting car, trying to remove possible oil from the plug, etc. next up is a different cable, then the BT device.)
