RDU was only a hub for AA in the early 90s. They dehubbed it well before 2000.

STL was a TWA hub and then an AA hub when AA bought the TWA remnants. They dehubbed it circa 2008/9 though they were whittling it down bit by bit for year.
IAD is a United hub and if you ever flew to Washington from more than 1250 miles away, you very possibly landed there. DCA can only have flights from within a 1250 mile perimeter (with limited exception slots)
CVG was a Delta hub but has since been dehubbed
Cleveland was a Continental (and post-merger) United hub but I think it's been dehubed too.
