1) people literally *die* walking across atherton. I would have to cross atherton to get to it.
1a) there aren't sidewalks on both sides of atherton.
2) the location may be better, quieter, but there's only one road and one road out of the area. it may be closer to campus, but i would have to drive and it could easily take 45 minutes to get to work.

ann has a terrible attitude about the lytle house.
