the only reason I brought it up is beceause I didn't trust the Glenn-Greenwald-reading paranoia-glasses-wearing part of my brain on this, so i just thought I'd ask. It might be obvious to you and pmb, but I sure as fuck have never had to deal with anything dealing with executive compensation, so I really had no basis of knowing the differences at play here. So, again, thank you.
