Yeah. I tried two "f"s and then one "n"s in tandom with variations of the last name spelling.

Thank god for BCC as after the first failed I just kept coming up with variations in the next one. They all bounced back but that one, so comes out it is the one. Her english was not too bad on the phone but she spelled so fast I have no doubt my mind filled in the spelling the way it *should* be!
