I largely agree, but again, it's just not an option available to any investor so it shows how the markets are somewhat rigged in favor of those who

have enough money. Also, it puts a company in play at the whim of a rich guy who feels like playing without regard to the overall consequences. I got the free market arguments about finding highest value, etc., but this "feels different". Again, not knocking the legality or even the efficiency. It's just another reason why Main Street feels like Wall Street players have different rules.
