It's likely a hardware issue. I'm taking screenshots for "proof" for a few days before I call.

- It's a T-Mobile device and I had to go in Saturday to get a new SIM because I kept getting a "SIM card added" error and needing to reboot my device. - spamlet Nov 19, 07:31
