I get Linkedin requests from people I know - is there a way to decline these so I don't keep getting reminders?

The only response button I see is to "confirm you know this person" - I do, but don't chose to use Linkedin.
I suspect some of these are blanket requests because they come to my arch. soc. accounts rather than personal.

Do you have a LinkedIn account?

Ah, thank you. Maybe I'd used that for other emails and decided it wasn't working...to many email addresses :) -- nm

I just had to do the same for my wife. If they are the same, they are emails designed to get you into LinkedIn -- nm
