STIS: So my ex just called me out of the blue to tell me she found a lump.

It's probably nothing, she says... it's in an area where it's probably nothing bad - she threw some medical jargon at me that I didn't understand.

She just needed to tell *somebody*... didn't want to tell the bf or her family and worry them until she had some results back (next week sometime). So I, being 5000 miles away, was a good subject for her to vent to. I was happy to be there for her.

The question is: should I mention this to the wife? I don't think it would upset her, but the possibility is there. Is it deceptive of me to keep it to myself?
