I have a password on my phone and I dont share it with anyone...including Mrs Disney...

He has the right not to share but he also has to be open about almost everyhing else and not sound like he is hiding something.
That guy sounds like he is cheating but not sharing passwords does not always mean hes up to something. Ask any financial instiution and they will say to never share passwords even with spouses or partners.
