I'm saying that there is a chronic problem on our university campuses, largely contributed to by Greek organizations.

The rapist on your college campus isn't a wild-eyed man hiding in the bushes, it is a frat brother stalking freshman women. That's what it boils down to. The frat provides a venue for this activity. The frat must go.
