I guess the dilemma is I am expressing an opinion and law talking folks want to sink their teeth into taking the high ground on process before judge

I get that I do. Deadly force looks highly questionable in my mind. Short of some weapon or other threat to the officer. I just dont see anyhing appear. Nothing in testimony or picures to this point.
