What I'm trying to point out is that what you are wanting is already happening.

It's not about high grounds. You want 12 people to look at the evidence and decide. That's what has been happening for two months and the standard for indictment is even lower than the standard for conviction. If they don't meet the indictment standard, no reason to have a trial.
