I have voted in every election since 19 in 72, but I would refuse if there is no paper ballot retained by the polling place.

a ballot is like other recorded documents, you can look the records on line, but the whole point in having a hall of records is so that anybody, any interested party can go there and see the official record tht proves someone owns that property, that someone actually married that guy.

who owns or inherits wealth and property can change dependingon those documents and who owns the office changes what happens to our whole country.

you can't change a paper ballot (well you know) but I FEAR what can happen to electronic ballots
