Bad choice of wording on my part.

They come to that line I call the bubble wrap line.

Sure, we can wrap everyone in bubble wrap, to save the unfortunate handful.

Life happens; it's cruel and not at all fair to those select few who it happens to.

Fell on a bunny slope, hit her head, felt fine. Happens how often to how many people daily? Hundreds? Thousands?

There's protection vs real risks; then protection against fluke risks. I don't feel this outcome & risk are more than fluke levels.
