so, is this a total reboot? because it looks like they're combining elements of the 1st 2 movies a la guy comes back from the future to save sarah connor, a T-1000 liquid metal termintator comes back to kill her (maybe it's just him instead of the standard T-800 model as was in the 1st movie?) . . .

but some of the dialogue in the trailer suggests that Sarah Connor already knows about the 1st attempt on her life (as if the 1st movie did happen) . . .

i'm just really confused here on this . . .
