Diva and I happened into this Sushi joint after a Boston Pops performance...

the back room had been totally taken over by the college student version of the Crazy 88s. There had to be 30 or 40 kids back there.
She and I tried to order sake. tried. The C88 drank it all. literally. the restaurant ran out of sake. I'm just going to sit here and let you all ponder that for a minute.
*sit*

They ran out of sake.
The young gentleman next to us, a table of maybe 6 had more food and beer on the table than the domestic food production of a small country. It was strewn about. They went for what I think was a smoke break, looked over and burst out laughing. When they came back we took a picture. It's on FB. The picture doesn't do it justice.
The kids were laughing, screaming, giggling, taking little drink naps, flirting, getting shot down (one guy got the dreaded, "I only like you" Shoulder Pat. He won't pee like a man for a week. Nothing but sit downs for you, boyyo.)
3 girls sat down next to Diva. One of them literally was nudged up against Diva. This girl got kissed by another of the girls. I looked for the hidden camera to find out who was playing a joke on me at that point.
It was unabashed young, good natured bedlam. It was fun to watch.
