Putin's basically made Nato have to wake up with his aggression. He's brough the cold war back in a strong way.

the others....none of them command a nuclear power who are showing a backbone.
if Putin's diminishing, it's becuase OPEC is trying to bankrupt the fracking industry; nothing else.
