Government seem to be doing OK at catching (and fining, but not prosecuting) wrongdoers. My point is really that there's something wrong with banking

for there to be so many wrongdoers in the first place, but if you ask a bank CEO they'll basically deny there's a problem. "A few bad apples" or "That's all in the past" are the usual excuses.
