not that I don't agree about some things; but, in this case, it's more about people who can't delay gratification.

if they put that 32.99 a week aside, they could afford to procure in a normal, less costly way before long.
(credit issues aside, too; but even pay as you go versions, which can work for issued folks, are less.)
