I see Jake Gyllenhaal's character as part Tony Robbins, part Sheldon Cooper, part Hannibal Lecter and part Peter Sellers in Being There.
Amazing performance and I hated him, with a passion. When he set Rick up to be shot, I said out loud in the theater "Bastard!". most people agreed with me.
And that is one of the best car chases I have seen in a while. Kept me riveted. Well worth the watch
