i do see a difference. what i type on my work email does not in fact belong to me. i am aware of that every day.

do i condone the hack? no.
conversely, if i take a photo for private use and DELETE IT OFF MY PHONE and it gets exposed to the world, i DO think that's a different level of invasion of privacy.
