its more of change in eating habits

I have a protein shake for breakfast (soy protein mixed with some peanut butter and ice, blended) and then a bigger lunch (though sadly, 90% of the time, this has been fast food), and then something light for dinner (another protein shake, etc).

not eating a huge meal in the evening, and have a lighter breakfast and dinner (which I may take half a hour to "eat") is what is doing a lot of that.

I need to move the bowflex out where I can use it again, and start doing that in the evenings as well.
