several sequences ran too long IMO, I still loved it, but it is true....

the whole Aragorn crowning, which seemed to take 20 minutes, could have been wrapped up in 10, with no singing.
The whole hobbit reunited in the bed was all fluff, could have been a quick shot, and you saved 20 minutes just on those 2 scenes.
