I found myself actually dreading watching the Caligula episodes. I find them hard to watch because they are (naturally) so brutal, and the Caligula character is so frustrating, illogical, makes no sense. That speaks to how good John Hurt is, of course. The eps are also weirdly LOUD quiet LOUD sound mixing wise, which is a bit of a remote control reaching annoyance. :)
