That house is proof that rich folks don't necessarily have taste. There is some seriously ugly stuff on display in that house.

The house itself is nice, I suppose. I think the biggest portion of that price has to reflect its location and view.
But whoever decorated that house got paid WAY more than their meager talents warrant.
