Ikariam q: I'm getting ready to trade with a non-STer and they asked to see my goods (sulphur). What do I do?

What does he mean? I would like to just forget him and only trade with STers (which I'm also trying to do), but I messaged him because he is close.

If I send him sulfur, how do I know he won't stiff me? TIA.
