I don't see those as ETNT - more "even the places that have healthier options struggle to provide three meals with 2k of calories.

I'd distinguish Subway from the others - the impression I get from Subway is that most of its customers go there because they see it as a healthier fast-food option.
While most customers at McDonalds and other burger places are there because they want a helping of fat and sugar. (That's certainly why I go. Also, I doubt I've been to Subway in a decade)
So picking the healthier options at Subway and the worst options at the other places doesn't seem inconsistent to me, but reflective of customer choices.
Including Starbucks is weird though - most customers don't go there for a meal.
