Agree on the cyber defenses. I saw the former head of the special forces division of the armed forces speak and he said he felt this was the biggest

threat to the US (much moreso than conventional terrorist attacks). I'm just not convinced of the ability to do it successfully. I think there's just too much "stuff" to find and plug all the holes.
