Dripping water last night. Plumber is there now, he said the toilet was not installed properly, and it was just a matter of time before the connections started leaking. There's major damage to the floorboards, sub-floor, and, obviously the ceiling in the garage.

So now I get to call the landlord that there's likely thousands of dollars of damage to the house...
