it's the oddest recipe - almost always, I end up with fewer than the given count; these more.

I usually make just half to start with, more if it looks like I won't have enough.
you can't put that many on a sheet (I think it's usually just 6), as they end up spreading and pretty big; so it takes extra time to process them.
I have made the pudding kind sometimes, too (sometimes vanilla, sometimes chocolate pudding), just not for holidays.
