st poll #baked: what baked goods say christmas (or other wintertime holiday) to you?

for me, it's what's below, plus every year, my family wants my snickerdoodles and chocolate crinkles (honorable mention to pecan tartlets - they'd be desired, but they are so labor-intensive that I seldom make them).
I vary other cookies, but always those. (such sad faces when I, to save standing time, made snickerdoodle bars a couple of years ago instead of the individual cookies, geez. ok, I'll suffer for your treats! ;p the bars were good, too, just not the same.)
