as the pecan tartlets I mentioned. even using (gasp) store-bought dough, that's still a lot of hand-work. (my pecan tartlets have a homemade dough that's rolled into balls then pressed into each wee mini cupcake pan cup.)

I have looked at this one before - it only makes 16. would have to make a multiple of that. hrmm, maybe with leftovers post-january 4. (gotta bake again for a couple of work people who are off this week.) (www.food.com)
