I can't speak to the Village specifically, but Sunday I know a good number of streets that don't allow parking 6 days (Mon-Sat) do allow it Saturday.

Mine is certainly one of them (though I'm not near the Village).
There's a city website that can actually tell you the parking rules block by block.
