I would really hesitate before switching to U-verse. I know some here like theirs, but multiple family members now have had serious issues -

installation, equipment, billing madness (shady terms and multiple cost escalations - some that magically go away if pursued, others not). they've made comcast seem like winners in comparison, so that's saying a lot!

  - I still use earthlink for my dsl, and they've been fine. they recently raised their monthly fee, for the first time in.. 10 years, I think? to 34.95. - b., merry and bright. Dec 23, 23:02
