Yep. And a lot of attorneys get burned out on practicing law and become agents of various types.

Another friend of mine became a commercial agent for a long-haul trucking company and he loves it. He negotiates shipping deals for the company drivers and has a side-business representing independent airline pilots and river-going barge operators.
