I can agree with this (even #5). And I find the list rather ironic.

With the exception of #3 and #5, all the other commandments could be expressed in a different way by taking language from the major Eastern and Western religious texts.
E.g., #7 is a different way to write Matthew 7:12; the principles of #8, #9, and #10 are also expressed in some Tibetan Buddhist text I can't recall right now; #2 is a reiteration of the sentiment of Matthew 7:7.
