You know, it's going to be an awful interesting adventure. I know that I'm about to get pushed into a deep pool of politics I never thought about.

I don't even know what kind of management style I'll end up having. Without the first minute of training, my current thought is that I'll approach it like I do my job now. What needs to be done? How do we best do it?
