Suspend disbelief or not. I am firmly in the not category.
There are aspects of the Capaldi episodes I really like. I think all the actors are great. I think the relationship between Clara was very nice and enjoyable.
But the story about the Master was barely coherent.
I don't mind reaching for the stars in storytelling, but Moffat seems to only understand broad strokes and completely fails at nuance.
