So, my ex is now refusing to let me pick up my daughter this week.

Saying that my daughter wants to stay there, and I need to respect that.
I can fight this legally, and will win because I have shared custody, but I've lost the emotional war. She does want to stay with my ex. I'm so torn about whether or not the legal battle is worth it. This all went downhill so quickly in the past few months. Ugh.
Good thoughts, please.

I'm so sorry. I've only the barest idea of what you're going through as a split is hard enough without kids involved -- nm
