In response to "Dinner tonight: Broiled lamb chops, green peas with mint, creamy garlic rice, and french bread." by the darcy

shrimp salad, prime rib with mustard crust, au gratin potatoes, and trifle for dessert. tomorrow is surf & turf on the ship

but I really wish the buffet people at breakfast knew the difference between sour cream & cream cheese. all week they have had s.c. labeled as c.c. and it does NOT go well with lox
