Stephen, I'm so sorry that ended up being a pay program, I had no idea.

Normally, I don't have problems any more--I use Windows Defender and AVG daily and Lavasoft's ad aware and Spybot about once a week. I also run CCleaner daily and look to see what's starting up on my comp and to fix any registry problems, as well as clean it every couple of days. Sorry again--on the plus side, you know you're having problems. A word of advice, run your antivirus, and the two malware programs in "safe mode" rather than regular windows once a week. In safe mode, malware doesn't have a chance to open then run code to block your AV stuff from seeing it.
