I'm very excited for him to come to Michigan, but I think he's a better college coach than a pro coach. I think he can wear down guys with his

intensity in a pro locker room, but it plays better with college kids, and they move on after 4 years so it's never too long. Plus the greater autonomy of a college coach works well for him because I think he can wear thin on management as well. I think he'll be great at Michigan.
