Everyone keeps saying this, but that doesn't explain Belichick's continued success.

He's a control freak, a dick to the media, and will bench almost anyone on his team. If the NFL can't handle control freaks, why is this guy the most successful coach in this era?
Honestly, I think it's partly because of his long history of success, and Kraft never wavering in his support of Hoodie.
