Who had Adnan's phone after the police call? The phone pinged where Hae is buried and Jay knew where the car was. Clearly, Jay is involved but did no one ask who had the cell phone?
The thing that most points to Jay and Jenn in my mind is the conflicting stories of that whole day. Why does Adnan's phone call Jenn's house when Jay is allegedly there? And why would Jenn (admittedly) help Jay get rid of the evidence (not to mention the whole "where she picked him up" issue).
We know Jay is involved but beyond that, I don't think that we really know anything.
